On Saturday 28 April Canon Peter Atkinson was installed as the 46th Dean of Worcester Cathedral. Before the service past and present members of the Cathedral’s Guild of Bellringers (and two friends) rang a peal of Stedman Cinques and the next day a quarter peal of Grandsire Cinques was rung before Choral Evensong. Both were rung to welcome Peter and his family to Worcester – home of the best peal of bells.
